1.The planning and implementation of conservation plan"  has laid a foundation for Kaiping Diaolou and Villages" being successfully selected in the world heritage list, and provided the basis for the overseas Chinese cultural heritage and modern architectural culture heritage of China to really show on the world stage. 2. The conservation plan is the first historical and cultural heritage conservation plan in Kaiping-Hometown of China Diaolou, making up for the inadequacy in this planning level, and unveiling a new era of historical and cultural heritage conservation work in Kaiping City. 3. Chikan Town is the key town of China and Guangdong Province, the central town in Guangdong Province, and key satellite town in the Pearl River Delta, and the conservation plan is successfully included in the first important documents of famous historical and cultural town on behalf of the culture of overseas Chinese. 4. Through the innovative "living cell" protection concept, lead the overall protection ideas of conservation plan. 5. Strictly formulate the control guideline of building protection and renovation, and preserve the essence of Chikan architectural culture representing Lingnan architectural culture. 6. Creatively formulate the control guideline for public space, and further highlight the distinctive European style and feature of Chikan through the transformation and use of public space.
